To assist with Personal Care and all daily living activities; such as assisting with toileting and with meals. Supporting residents out in the community to local shops, cinema and attending GP appointment etc… To support the Physio team in helping to support in their daily goal activities with walking/exercise. Support residents with daily activity plan.
