Job Title : Legal Team Manager – Childcare

** WE ARE LOOKING FOR Team Manager on the Legal Children’s Social Care team with:
• Supervision experience
• Sound legal knowledge
• Good knowledge of local authority processes
• Ability to assist with DOLS and the more complex cases
• Contested advocacy experience
• Ability to deliver training to the team as a whole
• Attendance at the office at least 2 days a week

There are 17 posts in the childcare team and there will be 2 Team Managers. Each will manage 8/9 people, some of whom will be Solicitors and some of whom will be Legal Assistants who support the Solicitors.

We are asking for 2 days in the office each week to support the re-development of the team and to enable the successful candidate to undertake some Court hearings
